Since 1988, Foscoe Realty & Development has served the High Country with a focus on long-term value, thoughtful growth, and a deep respect for the communities we help shape.
Founded by Mark and Missy Harrill, Foscoe Companies has grown into a multi-generational, family-owned collective of companies serving the High Country. Following the passing of Mark Harrill in 2022, Foscoe Companies is now led by their son, Jay Harrill, who continues to build on that legacy with a forward-looking vision for the region. The Harrill family remains deeply connected to the community and are proud supporters of Appalachian State University and Mountaineer Athletics.
